This vet is both inexpensive as well as super professional. In the past year my dog has has multiple emergencies and each time they put us on the schedule as quickly as possible and did an amazing job of solving her issues. The staff is phenomenal! I have met all three of the doctors that work here and all of them are very nice and take the time to discuss and not rush. The tech and front staff are unbelievably nice and my dog loves seeing them.
We love Washington Crossing Animal Hospital! Both Dr. Chabot and Dr. Bovee are incredible. They (and their staff) are warm and caring. When we got our first puppy last year, I was a nervous dog mom, and they answered all my questions (and there were many!). They share the pros/cons of any procedure/vaccination and work with you to make the best decision for your dog, which is so important. I trust and value their expertise and would highly recommend them.
Came here for the first time since my vet did not have any availability, and I have to say, incredible service. From making the appointment with ease, to them being empathetic for my boys injury, they were spot on with customer service and really making you feel important. My 100lb german Shepherd can be a pain to cut nails, but they did it no problem. & even with the global pandemic they made sure everything was safe, and followed all state rules! Def going to be our new vet!
I was recommended by our neighbor to go to Washington Crossing Animal Hospital and I was glad they did. They are very attentive, spend as much time as needed to thoroughly check our dog, don’t feel rushed and despite our dog being nervous when she goes to the vet, she’s been rather calm. The staff was very good to her, so she must have felt ok with them.
My family has been bringing our pets to WCAH for at least 25 years. I continued to bring my dog there even after moving 40 minutes away in 2019. All of the doctors are wonderful, but Dr. Frankel and Dr. Bovee were especially there for us over the last few months when our dog was very sick. The doctors, vet techs, nurses and front desk staff are all exceptionally kind and caring. Getting an appointment is not difficult. We love it here, it feels like family 💛
